CUTE!!!!!! As far as seahells and gluing...I am at a loss. If you hot glue on a flat surface and let it sit for a long time, it'll stay for a little while... :)
Yay for an itty bitty pony tail! Try E6000 glue for your shells--it's pretty amazing stuff!
