So we took to the kids to the State Fair this year - the same day I had my oral surgery. It rained, but it still turned out okay. The highlight of our evening? Sea Lions! And we got our pic taken with them. Woot!
PS - I'm only half smiling cuz my face is still numb!

That's pretty much the coolest thing ever! Sorry about your mouth--does the dentist nonsense ever end for us? I guess once we decide teeth aren't worth it and get dentures it will! :)
